Having Trouble? Please make sure that you have the password typed in correctly. You can find the password both in the book and on the Disk, on the disk look for the Site.rtf file, in the book look in the section on Getting More Help. The password is not case sensitive, but all lowercase will work for certain. The User Name is the same as the Password
